Our experience was incredibly frustrating. Communication was a nightmare. the hotel was unreachable by phone or email when we attempted to confirm our stay. On arrival, we were shocked to find no parking space available, forcing us to park about 1km away.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay feel warm and inviting.

The room we received was cramped and not the 'premium' room we had booked.

I almost thought this hotel might be acceptable, but the complete lack of cleanliness and no gym facilities during my stay was disheartening. I certainly expected a warm welcome gift for my troubles, but that seems to be too much to ask. I’m honestly shocked they dare call this a three-star establishment.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay with loads of great food options, especially the varied breakfasts! I really enjoyed the sauna and wellness area to relax after a long day on the slopes. A bit of a hassle with parking being a distance away, but it didn't overshadow the fun we had. 😊

Location ideal, less than a 2-minute walk to lifts. The bar area feels cluttered at busy times. The entertainment team provides lively performances that enhance the overall stay. Rooms are cramped, especially for families. No complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.

the hotel is just a short walk from the ski lifts, making it super easy to hit the slopes in the morning, and there are some great dining options nearby like La taverne des neiges, only a few steps away, which I loved for lunch breaks after a long day of exploring.

Rooms felt cramped, especially for a family of four, offering limited space for gear and personal belongings. Slow service in the dining area often left guests waiting for table availability and replenishments of food, which could be frustrating after a long day outdoors. A lack of daily room cleaning and inadequate sound insulation resulted in some disturbances, while the atmosphere felt quite lively, bordering on noisy during evening entertainment.

Skiing dreams with a twist

The location is superb, just a short walk to the ski lifts. We had plenty of hot water and the evening meals had good variety, including fondue!

Great location right opposite the piste and funicular. A cozy bar with excellent cocktails! Had a fantastic experience with the kids' club, our daughter loved it! Loved the evening entertainment too.
